Prindle Engineering, Inc. provides its services on a time-and-expense basis. Before work commences, we provide our clients with a formal proposal and estimated cost ranges for budgeting purposes.
EXPENSES
Mileage is charged at $0.95/mi
Rates for specialized equipment can be provided upon request.
Out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., expendable field supplies, document reproduction expenses, etc.) and travel expenses are charged at cost plus 15%.
OUTSIDE SERVICES
Outside or subcontractor services are charged at cost plus 15%, but the client will always have the choice as to whether or not to avoid that fee by contracting directly per the Principal's recommendation.
