Robert W. Prindle, PE, the company's President/CEO & principal engineer, has over 45 years of experience in civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering and has qualified as an expert witness in both state and federal courts. Mr. Prindle is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in Arizona and New Mexico and has additional training in alternative dispute resolution methods (ADR) including mediation, arbitration, and Dispute Review Boards (DRBs).
Maria Arrieta Prindle has a B.A. in Management/Marketing and over 30 years of experience in the engineering and non profit field. Maria oversees administrative business improvement efforts to drive up customer satisfaction levels and business productivity and serves as an editor of engineering documents intended for non-technical audiences. Ms. Prindle also serves as accountant and Corporate Secretary for the company.
